Get a better night's sleep

rearrange your pillows

I have three pillows on my bed that I sleep on.

Throughout the night, I go from one pillow to the next.

Each one having its own strengths to ensure I get a good night’s sleep.

A whole team effort.

Recently though, this has not been the case.

I’ve been tossing and turning throughout the night, waking up feeling tired.

It took a few nights of this before I decided to take action.

I moved the order of my pillows around.

Shocking, I know.

But guess what?

I slept wonderfully for the rest of the night until morning.

In fact, I’m still sleeping much better all due to rearranging my pillows.

Sometimes in life we have all we need right in front of us and at our disposal.

Whether that is to be successful in life, our businesses, families and friendships.

We just need to take a different look and approach, as well as use some creative problem solving to rearrange what’s there.

In my case, all I had to do is rearrange a few pillows to get a better night of sleep.

The alternatives being: buying new pillows, a new mattress, getting on sleep aid medications, buying sleep aid products, etc.

Or, maybe the worse alternative of just giving up and thinking I could never have good sleep again.

→Remember, if things aren’t working, you need to take action.

I’ve shared a lot about this in the last few weeks because I’m seeing it in my own life and business.

So while I work through this, I’m sharing it with you.

You may not have to make major changes or spend any additional money.

Very likely you have everything you need to be successful.

Take a look at what you already have, and see if rearranging things can help.

PS. I know three pillows seems excessive. But I sleep alone and didn’t have the heart to throw out a perfectly good pillow. And yes, once I’m married I know I’ll have to figure out the pillow situation.
