✔️ Week 6

I wrapped up week 6 of my 10 week internship. It’s been a bumpy road as you may have picked up via my last email—but I’m growing and learning a lot.

Not only learning how a B2B SaaS runs and how to function in the sales department, both of which are new to me, but about a new entrepreneurial direction I can head in.

If it had not been for this bumpy ride, there’s no way I would’ve come to this.

→ That is what’s so crazy and exciting about the adventure of life we’re all on.

Low times can steer you directly towards the high times that await.

That’s what it’s done for me, and I’m excited to share that with you.

AUDYX

Audyx helps business leaders uncover blind spots in their operations and culture through anonymous employee insights. By leveraging AI-driven voice and text feedback, we turn raw employee sentiment into actionable strategies that reduce turnover, optimize workflows, and create a thriving workplace.

Most leaders don’t see the problems their employees face every day—but their teams do. Audyx bridges this gap, providing companies with the clarity they need to improve retention, engagement, and long-term growth.

Here’s my plan

  • I’ve got four weeks left in the internship to build the prototype/MVP.

    • Essentially picking the AI tools and properly integrating them on a website, as well as nailing down how things will run with clients.

  • I’ve got a landing page and LinkedIn page all set.

    • Started posting on LinkedIn this past week.

  • I’ll be signing up on PodMatch to find podcast shows I can be a guest on to start talking about Audyx, but really around the topics we are here to help.

    • This is to build awareness and generate business for Audyx, but also credibility for moving towards speaking events.

  • Audyx will be a service of FP until it can be validated. If validated, it will be made into its own entity.

  • I need to find a few guppy businesses to be my guinea pigs, where they’ll likely be free/discounted customers—but where I learn a ton from them.

Who am I targeting?

Decision Makers: Founders, Co-Founders, Top Leaders

Business Size: Medium Sized: 50-250 employees

Ideal Business: Funded startups that are growing and scaling faster than they can keep up with. They are having high rates of turnover, operational issues, and need to hit the next steps in growth without losing their teams.

There’s a lot more I’d love to share about this whole area and why I’m moving forward in this, but it’ll be more than you’re willing to read.

However, I did create a video that gives a great glimpse into this whole idea and what I’m looking to do.

I encourage you to check it out if you’re interested in learning more.

From here

It’s going to be a pretty crazy next few weeks with trying to manage both full-time work and Audyx.

If this business rolls out the way I imagine it though, I’ll be able to hire some folks to help me out in it—which I am most excited for.

I’ll also be sharing with you what I’m learning along the way, as it should be insightful for the creative and professional projects you’re working on.

Have a great weekend,

Michael
