ANOTHER NEW THING

Earlier this week I mentioned how I was going to be revamping things in the business.

And guess what? Just a few days later you’re getting the first taste of what this is going to look like.

Have you heard of it? It’s an emailing platform that many entrepreneurs and small business owners all over are using to build their businesses.

I’m excited to jump into it as it should bring a lot of opportunities to both build and monetize the business here.

→ It’s also a great way I can learn and figure out a new platform, in order to help future business owners in their business journey.

But let me tell you…

This has not been an easy or smooth experience.

As of now, I’d tell you to stick with Klaviyo for emailing if you’re a new business (especially e-commerce) and just getting started.

But! I think at this point in life I’m also a bit short on patience…

Years of customer service management have ruined me for being a new customer in businesses that aren’t user friendly.

However, this is still an exciting step forward nonetheless.

Being a business owner isn’t easy, and learning new things can sometimes be difficult.

I’m feeling it this week, and chances are you will be feeling it soon as well.

Just keep on pushing forward, take lots of breaks when frustration comes in, and feel free to reach out to me if you need some help, guidance, or just a shoulder to cry on.

Three years into having a business and I’ve gone through a lot.

I’d love to help you through the hard times and avoid some of the pitfalls I’ve come to.
