- When you have no idea
When you have no idea
what the future holds for you.
Since kindergarten I’ve been planning and envisioning different futures for myself.
Firefighter, doctor, forensic pathologist, business owner, singer songwriter, musical and film writer/creator, startups, author, police officer, firefighter, business owner, online coffee brand, attraction farm, etc.
The constants have always been that I want to get married, buy a house, and have lots of kids.
However, in the last month and a half I no longer can see or envision any of these futures.
I’m in a spot of, “I literally have no idea what the future holds for me.”
Have you ever been there?
If not, you’re in luck because you can hear all about what I’m working through within this, some break throughs, as well as setbacks.
Most importantly though, some encouragement you can find and apply yourself.
I’ll also share with you here a verse that I’ve found to be encouraging and helpful during this time:
“Therefore we do not lost heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
2nd Corinthians 4:16-18
Make sure you give a listen to the episode to learn more about all this, as well as to get that inside look of what it looks like to be:
A struggling business owner who isn’t making money, attempting and thus failing to get a full time job, so that he can live.
Don’t worry, all of this will be great creative content in the future!
Hope you’re doing well,
Michael
